Rilasciata la Cumulative Update #2 per SQL Server 2012 SP1:

Dopo aver applicato la CU2, la versione di SQL Server 2012 SP1 sarà: 11.0.3339.0.

Tra le cose da notare di questa CU, sicuramente spicca la possibilità di fare backup e restore di database su Azure:

ApexSQL Refactor

ApexSQL Refactor è un bel tool free che si integra con il Management Studio è permette di riformattare il codice T-SQL per rendere non solo bello da vedere ma anche più facile da leggere e quindi da gestire, modificare e ottimizzare

Oltre alla formattazione del codice permette anche di effettuare del refactoring sullo stesso, ad esempio espandendo le wildcard o rinominando oggetti gestendo in automatico l’aggiornamento dei vari riferimenti.
